Make ready interiors project. Scope included replacing existing light fixtures and controls with motion sensor high-bay LED light fixtures, new 2×4 lighting at offices, painting all walls, doors, and overhead doors. Demo’d all existing flooring (VCT and carpet) and replaced with new. Applied epoxymastic paint to the concrete slab in the warehouse space.
