Make ready interior renovation. Scope of work included replacing existing light fixtures and controls with motion sensor high-bay LED light fixtures, surface wrap LED’s at offices, new 2×4 lighting at open office and lab space, painting all walls, doors, and overhead doors. Reconfigured existing restrooms to suit client standards, installed all new sheet vinyl flooring, stainless steel bathroom accessories, new plumbing fixtures, vanity light, exhaust fan, and FRP wainscot on bathroom walls. Demo’d all existing flooring (VCT and carpet) and replaced with new. Applied epoxymastic paint to the concrete slab in the warehouse space. Roughed in plumbing from adjacent bathroom and provided cabinets, LVT flooring, and sink for new breakroom.
