Make ready interiors scope of work included replacing existing light fixtures and controls with motion sensor high-bay LED light fixtures, surface wrap LED’s at offices, painting all walls, doors, and overhead doors. Reconfigured existing restrooms to suit client standards, installed all new sheet vinyl flooring, stainless steel bathroom accessories, new plumbing fixtures, vanity light, exhaust fan, and FRP wainscot on bathroom walls. Demo’d existing carpet at offices and replaced with new, removed all VCT flooring and a demising wall in the warehouse space and applied epoxymastic paint to the concrete slab.
