Market ready interiors project for Link Parks. Replaced existing light fixtures with motion sensor high-bay LED light fixtures, painted all walls, doors, and coiling doors. Reconfigured existing restroom to suit client standards, installed all new sheet vinyl flooring, stainless steel bathroom accessories, new plumbing fixtures, vanity light, exhaust fan, and FRP wainscot on bathroom walls. Demo’d existing VCT flooring in warehouse space, scraped residue, and applied epoxymastic paint to the concrete slab.
