This project involved a comprehensive interior refresh of both the warehouse and office space. The scope of work included: Replacing all light fixtures throughout the warehouse and office areas, installing new flooring and base in the offices, break room, and restrooms, patching and repairing all damaged drywall throughout the office space and warehouse, constructing a new IT closet in the office space, painting all walls, bollards, columns, fire sprinkler risers, doors, and frames, upgrading the break room with new upper and base cabinets, along with new plumbing fixtures. We replaced ceiling tiles in the office space, installed all new insulation with cap sheet throughout the underside of the warehouse deck, replaced loading dock bumpers, and serviced all plumbing fixtures in the restrooms.
